For online purchase, Full payment must be made at the time of purchase, the amount full payment is vary according to product. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process on the company Website. A payment processing fee may apply.
Once your purchasing has been successfully completed, Order Confirmation will be issued in respect of each product/item purchased and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. If you do not receive your Order Confirmation(s) within seventy-two (72) hours from the time of purchase, please contact us via the The Company Website (Please refer to Contact Us).
The Company cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor. From time to time, there may be information on The Company Website that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. The Company reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. All product images shown are for illustration purposes only. 3. Price Rate
All price rates shown on The Company Website are charged on a per item/product per unit/weight/feet basis. All price may or may not include service tax, service charge, transport charge or GST (as applicable) and/or other similar charges or tax subject to the requirements of the country or location where the item/product is located. Price rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
4. Refund And Cancellation
You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us at the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
For product collected/delivered which is found to be defective and/or is damaged inside the packaging after collection/received, you may return and bring back the defective product to us within 5 days. You may hand any faulty or damaged goods, or incorrect items back to the driver at the time of delivery, The Company will process the refund within 10 days. You must present a valid receipt of the purchase for the return.
The Company will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost and damaged during the return transit.
Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each good/product may vary accordingly. The Company take this great measure to ensure the highest quality of goods/products to all customers.
