The general terms and conditions herein together with the Privacy Policy, Purchase & Cancellations Policy, Price Schedule & other Fees on WoodMalaysia.com.my (collectively, as may be varied, amended and/or supplemented from time to time, these “Terms and Conditions”) and the order confirmation issued by The Company confirming your purchase (“Order Confirmation”) shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and The Company and shall be further supplemented by the internal rules and regulations that apply specifically to the properties where you have purchased your items.

In these Terms and Conditions, the words “The Company” and “us” means KP KHOO ENTERPRISE@LovelyTeik and its employees, officers, agents, suppliers and partners, and use of the words “you” or “customer” means any and all persons for whom purchased item/product.
Except where expressly indicated nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into legal relations, including but not limited to contractual obligations.
While The Company takes care and every precaution to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date at the time of updating, which shall be carried out from time to time as The Company sees fit, the information on this website is disclosed “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. The Company accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused as a result of any information contained on this website.

2. Purchase

Purchase may be made online at http://www.woodmalaysia.com.my (“The Company Website”) or through phone or email.
For online purchase, Full payment must be made at the time of purchase, the amount full payment is vary according to product. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process on the company Website. A payment processing fee may apply.

Once your purchasing has been successfully completed, Order Confirmation will be issued in respect of each product/item purchased and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. If you do not receive your Order Confirmation(s) within seventy-two (72) hours from the time of purchase, please contact us via the The Company Website (Please refer to Contact Us).
The Company cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor. From time to time, there may be information on The Company Website that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. The Company reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. All product images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may varies in term of size, type, brand, version, colour, material and other relevant characteristics. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please refer our “Return and Cancellation Policy”.

3. Price Rate

All price rates shown on The Company Website are charged on a per item/product per unit/weight/feet basis. All price may or may not include service tax, service charge, transport charge or GST (as applicable) and/or other similar charges or tax subject to the requirements of the country or location where the item/product is located. Price rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

4. Refund And Cancellation

You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us at the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
For product collected/delivered which is found to be defective and/or is damaged inside the packaging after collection/received, you may return and bring back the defective product to us within 5 days. You may hand any faulty or damaged goods, or incorrect items back to the driver at the time of delivery, The Company will process the refund within 10 days. You must present a valid receipt of the purchase for the return.
The Company will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost and damaged during the return transit.
Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each good/product may vary accordingly. The Company take this great measure to ensure the highest quality of goods/products to all customers.
